"Listen Vick, you need to come with me. You're in some major danger."

The doors burst open of the McDonalds. The lead vampire was the same from The Reaper, "Let's Party." he said and smiled at Nika.

Nika's eyes widened, she looked at the twenty some vampires which filled the McDonalds.

"Nika what's going on?" Vick asked.

"Vick get back!" Nika commanded.

"No, you'll be killed." Vick argued with concern.

"Get him!" The lead vampire said and cocked his head.

"You lay one finger on him and you'll be dusted so fast you won't have time to kiss your ass goodbye." Nika threatened

"Get him!" The vampire commanded again.

Five vampires rushed forth and grabbed Vick's arms.

"NIKA!!" he yelled.

Nika walked over to where the vampires were. She drove the stake through one vampire's back, "Get" She staked one, "Off" She rammed the stake into another's back, "my" another one bit the dust. "BOYFRIEND!" She screamed and stakes the final vampire. "Vick STAY BACK!"

"What are you?" Vick asked shakily.

"GET BACK!" She commanded again.

"So the horseman has you whipped, your his little lap dogs." Nika taunted.

"You couldn't take all of us on slayer." The lead vampire replied.

"I could sure as hell try couldn't I." Nika stared the vampire down.

"You'll die slayer, alone as it should be." The vampire taunted back.

The glass doors of the McDonalds again flung open. Mona, Paige and Bianca stood in the enterence.

"Hey guys and gals!" Mona said as she walked forward.

"God I needed this." Paige smirked.

"Ok girls let's get to it." Bianca smiled and the girls descended on the vampires.

"GRAVEN! What do we do?" One of the vampires shouted to the lead vampire.

"FIGHT!" He yelled and looked at the three slayers.

"Hey, over here!" Nika said and cracked the vampire across the jaw.

Bianca, kicked a vampire across the face, she brought her leg down and punched him twice in the chest, stake in hand, the vampire was dusted.

The slayers fought the vampire mob and the vampire numbers began dwindling. Nika was beating Graven to a bloody pulp as he shouted. " RETREAT! HE NEEDS YOU ALL!"

The vampires began fleeing from the McDonalds. But Nika still held Graven by the collar punching his face in. "Hey Nik, stake him already and let's go!" Mona urged.

"I'm not one to argue" Nika smiled and staked Graven, his face looked pained as he burst into dust.

Vick sat under a table near the back of the McDonalds. "Is it safe to come out now?"

"Yeah Vick, it's fine."

"Nik, who's the cutie?" Mona asked.

"This is Vick, we're kinda seeing each other. He's Claudia's replacement too."

"I'm who's what?" Vick asked.

"Long story bucko." Mona smiled, "Tell you on the way to the warehouse."

Nika and Vick sat on the edge of her bed.

"So that's my destiny huh?" Vick said dazed.v "Yeah, kind of bleak..."

"So that really was you I saw in my dreams, you and your friends?" he asked.

"Yeah, at this club The Reaper. You were seeing through the eyes of Claudia, she passed her power on to you."

"And that guy, The Horseman... He wants me dead because I'm the one who can stop the apocalypse?" Vick quizzed.

"That's his plan."

"And you're a slayer? You have superpowers or something?"

"More or less, it used to me one girl in all the wor..." Nika stopped, she had to she found her mouth interlocked with Vick's.

Vick's hands touched her cheeks and felt warm on her skin. He pulled his mouth away from her's.

"Sorry." He breathed.

"No, Don't stop." Nika encouraged.

Vick leaned in again and Nika soon found herself taking her shirt off revealing a couple small scars from her window incident. Nika became lost in the moment and her and Vick let their bodies take them where they may.

Nika made an attempt to sneak from her room to the washroom, she was draped in the linen from her bed. She was however intercepted by Mona, who wore a big smile on her face.

"You little slut." Mona joked.

"Shut up Mona. " Nika smiled and ran into the bathroom.

Upon her exit she was again greeted with Mona's smiling face.

"So how was it?"

"God Mona... twisted much?" Nika asked.

"No, I'm just curious...Nika... don't close that door on me!"

Nika closed her bedroom door and walked back to her bed where Vick lay sleeping. She lay back down and smiled to herself before falling back to sleep.

As another dreary day began, Nika awoke to Vick kissing her neck.

"Morning." She said groggily and turned her head.

"Hey, so, we gonna get up or stay in bed?"

"I could go for staying in bed." Nika bit her lip and smiled.

In the kitchen Paige and Bianca sat at the table.

"So they've definately gotten friendly." Paige commented.

"They certainly have."

"So the horseman huh, sending his lackies to kill Vick, luckily we could save him." Paige made conversation.

"Nika did a great job. She stood up to all those vamps herself."

"Well she could kick there asses with her eyes closed. She's damn good." Paige sighed.

The Horseman, punched the wall of the cavern. "He's WITH THE SLAYERS!" He yelled.

"Master, we lost Graven." A Vampire protested.

"He was disposible, we have enough of those Reapers anyway, probably more than enough."

"Yes sir" the vampire agreed.

"Well we'll just start the ritual with him alive, when the slayers show up to stop it, that's when we'll kill him, they'll bring him too, they'll be distracted anyway, they probably wouldn't notice. That might work... No it will work. I will bring this world to it's knees." The Horseman laughed a deep-throated evil laugh and smiled to himself wickedly.
